Jabatan Digital Negara (JDN) has enacted the Data Sharing Act 2025 (Act 864). This Act applies to Federal Public Sector Agencies and Federal Statutory Bodies. The enactment of Act 864 aims to establish a clear legal authority to regulate and enforce laws related to data sharing. Additionally, it seeks to enhance the effectiveness of implementing agencies' functions and enable more efficient management and regulation of data sharing activities.
